Team Manager and Judge Certification Program

Article 1 – General Rules

The International Organization "E.O.C FEDERATION Beauty of Champions" establishes an official certification system for team managers and judges to ensure professional standards, fair competition and international development of the beauty industry.

This program is designed to develop:

professional team managers

international judges

national representatives

future organizers

The organization follows a strict hierarchical system based on experience, activity and professional ethics.

No titles are awarded. They are earned through work, loyalty and results.

Article 2 – Training Period for Team Leaders

Each candidate must complete a mandatory training period of:

5 International Championships

During this period, the candidate will be granted the status of:

Team Leader in Training

During the training period:

The candidate will NOT receive a commission from the organization.

The purpose of this period is to demonstrate:

loyalty

activity

leadership skills

professional conduct

team building ability

Article 3 – Training Program

The team leader must learn and demonstrate knowledge in:

Marketing

recruitment of participants

international promotion

brand development

event promotion strategies

social media development

professional positioning

communication with participants

motivation techniques

Article 4 – Certification Requirements

To become a certified team leader, the candidate must:

participate in a minimum of 5 championships

attract active participants

demonstrate leadership

follow the rules of the federation

maintain a professional reputation

obtain approval from the organization

Upon approval, the candidate receives:

Official International Team Leader Certificate

Article 5 – Commission System

Certified team leaders and judges may receive a commission based on their activity.

The commission is calculated based on the number of registrations.

Official Commission Structure:

10 – 20 nominations → 10%

21 – 29 nominations → 15%

30 – 39 nominations → 20%

40+ nominations → 25%

The maximum commission level is 25%.

The commission is calculated for each nomination based on the official participation fee.

The commission is paid only to active representatives.

Inactive members lose the right to commission.

The commission is a privilege, not a guarantee.

Article 6 – Career Hierarchy

The official career path in Golden Hands of the World is:

1 Participant

2 Assistant

3 Team Leader in Training - Trainee Leader

4 Certified Team Leader

5 Referee Candidate - Trainee Judge

6 International Judge

7 Senior Judge

8 International Organizer

Promotion is based on:

activity

professionalism

results

loyalty

contribution to the growth of the organization

Article 7 – Requirements to become a Judge

A Certified Team Leader may only apply for Judge status if:

has a minimum of 5 completed championship titles as a Team Leader

active team management

strong professional reputation

thorough knowledge of the rules

recommendation from the organization

Candidates for judges must complete:

Rules training

Training referee ethics

practical refereeing experience

evaluation period

Referees represent the authority of the federation and must maintain the highest professional standards.

Article 8 – Code of Professional Ethics

All team managers and referees must observe:

loyalty to the organization

professional conduct

principles of fair competition

respect for participants

protection of the reputation of the federation

confidentiality of internal information

Any behavior that damages the reputation of the organization may lead to disciplinary measures.

Article 9 – Disciplinary rules

The organization reserves the right to apply disciplinary measures in case of:

violation of the rules

unethical behavior

conflict of interest

damage to the reputation of the federation

false information

unprofessional behavior

Possible disciplinary measures:

Warning

Temporary suspension

Withdrawal from the commission

Withdrawal of the title

Final suspension from the organization

Article 10 – Loss of status

A team manager or referee may lose his status if:

inactive for 3 championships

ЕТАП 1 – ИЗИСКВАНИЯ КЪМ КАНДИДАТА

Кандидатът трябва да:

• бъде активен професионалист в beauty индустрията;

• има добра професионална репутация;

• притежава високо техническо ниво в своята специалност;

• има преподавателски опит или собствена академия (това е предимство);

• работи активно с ученици или професионална общност;

• споделя ценностите и етичния кодекс на E.O.C. Federation.

ЕТАП 2 – TEAM LEADER PROGRAM

Преди да кандидатства за съдия, всеки кандидат преминава през програмата Team Leader.

Продължителност:

Минимум 5 международни шампионата.

През този период кандидатът се обучава да:

• изгражда и ръководи екип;

• комуникира професионално с участници;

• познава правилника на федерацията;

• разбира категориите и дивизиите;

• работи по международни стандарти;

• представлява достойно федерацията.

Федерацията наблюдава:

• професионалното поведение;

• лидерските качества;

• активността;

• развитието на екипа;

• коректността и лоялността.

ЕТАП 3 – ДОПУСКАНЕ ДО ПРОГРАМАТА ЗА СЪДИИ

След успешно преминаване на Team Leader Program кандидатът може да бъде поканен да кандидатства за Judge Certification Program.

Допускането се извършва само след одобрение от ръководството на федерацията.

ЕТАП 4 – ОБУЧЕНИЕ НА СЪДИЯ

Програмата включва обучение по:

• международни критерии за оценяване;

• система за точки;

• правила за оценяване във всички дивизии;

• съдийска етика;

• безпристрастност;

• анализ на състезателни работи;

• професионално поведение на международен съдия;

• работа в международно жури.

ЕТАП 5 – ПРАКТИЧЕСКО ОБУЧЕНИЕ

Кандидатът участва в практически упражнения.

Обучението включва:

След приключване на обучението ръководството на федерацията извършва финална оценка.

Само кандидатите, които покрият всички стандарти на федерацията, получават официално одобрение.

След успешно преминаване на всички етапи кандидатът получава:

For this reason, becoming a Certified International Judge is a professional journey based on education, practical experience, leadership, ethics, and continuous development.

STAGE 1 – CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Be an active beauty industry professional.

• Have an excellent professional reputation.

• Demonstrate advanced technical skills in their field.

• Own an academy or have teaching experience (highly recommended).

• Work with students or maintain an active professional community.

• Share the values, ethics, and vision of E.O.C. Federation.

STAGE 2 – TEAM LEADER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Before applying to become an International Judge, every candidate must first complete the Team Leader Development Program.

Minimum duration:

Five (5) International Championships.

During this period, candidates learn how to:

• Build and manage successful teams.

• Support and guide participants professionally.

• Understand the federation's regulations and championship structure.

• Learn the official judging criteria.

• Represent E.O.C. Federation professionally within their country.

Throughout the program, the federation evaluates:

• Leadership skills.

• Professional communication.

• Team development.

• Activity and commitment.

• Loyalty and ethical conduct.

• Professional attitude and responsibility.

STAGE 3 – ELIGIBILITY FOR THE JUDGE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

After successfully completing the Team Leader Development Program, candidates may be invited to apply for the International Judge Certification Program.

Admission is granted only after an official review and approval by the Executive Board of E.O.C. Federation.

Meeting the minimum requirements does not automatically guarantee certification.

STAGE 4 – INTERNATIONAL JUDGE TRAINING

The Judge Certification Program includes professional training in:

• International judging criteria.

• Official scoring systems.

• Judging ethics and impartiality.

• Analysis of competition entries.

• International judging standards.

The objective is to ensure consistency, fairness, and professionalism in every evaluation.

STAGE 6 – FINAL ASSESSMENT

Upon completion of the training program, every candidate undergoes a final professional evaluation.

The Executive Board assesses:

• Readiness to represent the federation internationally.

Only candidates who successfully meet the federation's standards will be approved.
