Article 1 – General Rules
The International Organization "Golden Hands of the World" establishes an official certification system for team managers and judges to ensure professional standards, fair competition and international development of the beauty industry.
This program is designed to develop:
professional team managers
international judges
national representatives
future organizers
The organization follows a strict hierarchical system based on experience, activity and professional ethics.
No titles are awarded. They are earned through work, loyalty and results.

Article 2 – Training Period for Team Leaders
Each candidate must complete a mandatory training period of:
5 International Championships
During this period, the candidate will be granted the status of:
Team Leader in Training
During the training period:
The candidate will NOT receive a commission from the organization.
The purpose of this period is to demonstrate:

leadership skills

Article 4 – Certification Requirements
To become a certified team leader, the candidate must:
participate in a minimum of 5 championships
attract active participants
demonstrate leadership
follow the rules of the federation
maintain a professional reputation
obtain approval from the organization
Upon approval, the candidate receives:

Article 5 – Commission System
Certified team leaders and judges may receive a commission based on their activity.
The commission is calculated based on the number of registrations.
Official Commission Structure:
10 – 20 nominations → 10%
21 – 29 nominations → 15%
30 – 39 nominations → 20%
40+ nominations → 25%
The maximum commission level is 25%.
The commission is calculated for each nomination based on the official participation fee.
The commission is paid only to active representatives.
Inactive members lose the right to commission.
The commission is a privilege, not a guarantee.

The official career path in Golden Hands of the World is:
1 Participant
2 Assistant
3 Team Leader in Training - Trainee Leader
4 Certified Team Leader
5 Referee Candidate - Trainee Judge
6 International Judge
7 Senior Judge
8 International Organizer
Promotion is based on:

Article 7 – Requirements to become a Judge
A Certified Team Leader may only apply for Judge status if:
has a minimum of 5 completed championship titles as a Team Leader
active team management
strong professional reputation
thorough knowledge of the rules
recommendation from the organization
Candidates for judges must complete:
Rules training
Training referee ethics
practical refereeing experience
evaluation period
Referees represent the authority of the federation and must maintain the highest professional standards.

Article 8 – Code of Professional Ethics
All team managers and referees must observe:
loyalty to the organization
professional conduct
principles of fair competition
respect for participants
protection of the reputation of the federation
confidentiality of internal information
Any behavior that damages the reputation of the organization may lead to disciplinary measures.

Article 9 – Disciplinary rules
The organization reserves the right to apply disciplinary measures in case of:
violation of the rules

conflict of interest
damage to the reputation of the federation
false information
unprofessional behavior
Possible disciplinary measures:
Warning
Temporary suspension
Withdrawal from the commission
Withdrawal of the title
Final suspension from the organization

Article 10 – Loss of status
A team manager or referee may lose his status if:
inactive for 3 championships
